Leap of Faith Off the Cliff of Reality
Leap of Faith Off the Cliff of Reality
We arrive “bungee jumping” into life; emotionally, intellectually, and physically. We’re the complete package. Born with an abundance of energy & curiosity to explore, assess & engage with the world. We feel we’re enough & are filled with self-acceptance.
Taking a leap of faith is a daily occurrence we never think about. We leap for the enjoyment of trying. To see what will happen. To get information & learn about reality. Everything is an unabashed experience of trying.
At about 2 yrs. old this leap of faith energy starts to be replaced with apprehension. An unnatural belief in being right or being wrong. An artificially created feeling of not being enough. Self-acceptance is replaced with fear of trying. Fret & self-doubt that keeps us stuck, frozen in a zone of “what-ifs”. We stop leaping off the cliff of reality & instead stand petrified by a belief in fictional fears & anxiety.
This workshop will focus on how to get back to leaping. How to consciously decide that trying is the point. The reason that feeds our growth, strength, & self-like. Trying is the wonder of life. Taking a leap of faith off the cliff of reality lands you safely in a better spot every time.
